Michael Shieh is Co-founder and CEO of Appaegis. Michael brings more than 20 years of leadership in product and engineering in the security industry. Prior to Appaegis Michael was co-founder and CTO of vArmour where he led the launch of the first micro-segmentation solution for hybrid cloud applications. His prior experience also includes various engineering leadership positions at Juniper, Netscreen, and Lucent Technology. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri, Columbia. In his spare time Michael enjoys hiking, biking and listening to music.
